What is the difference between the standard version and the Pro version?


Only the Pro version can change flame colors (Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, Purple, Pink, or automatic gradient). The standard version has a single fixed LED flame color.

How long can the diffuser run on one fill of water?


With its 180ml water tank, the diffuser can run continuously for 9–12 hours, depending on your selected mist mode and room conditions.

Does it automatically turn off when the water runs out?

Yes! The diffuser has a built-in water-shortage protection feature that automatically powers off when the water level is too low — keeping it safe to use even if you forget to refill it.

Can I use any type of essential oil in this diffuser?

Please use only non-corrosive essential oils that are safe for ultrasonic diffusers. Avoid perfumes, colognes, or heavy oils that can clog the mist outlet or damage the device.

How do I power the diffuser?


The diffuser is USB-powered and works with a 5V2A adapter (like most phone chargers). Avoid using lower-output adapters to prevent circuit issues.

The diffuser isn’t producing mist — what should I do?

Please ensure:

  • The cotton swab is fully soaked before use.
  • The swab is touching the atomizing sheet inside the top cover.
  • The water level is below the MAX line.
  • The USB cable and adapter are properly connected.

Is it noisy? Can I use it while sleeping?


Yes! The Kinscoter diffuser operates at less than 36db, making it ultra-quiet — ideal for use in bedrooms, offices, or meditation spaces without disturbing your sleep.

How should I clean and maintain the diffuser?


Clean the tank every few days by emptying the water, wiping it with a soft cloth, and rinsing lightly. Avoid harsh detergents or submerging the base in water. Always keep the vent dry and water below the MAX line.

What if my product arrives damaged or stops working?


Please check the packaging upon arrival. If you encounter any issues, contact us with photos or a short video explaining the problem. We’ll help troubleshoot remotely — and if it can’t be fixed, we’ll replace or refund your product under our warranty policy.
